The present GTC are applicable between the Store and any person who makes a purchase of product (the « Customer »). The main purpose is to govern the whole of the contractual relations between Batpro and the Customer. They are considered accepted without reserve by the Customer about the purchase of a product.
The customer must systematically mention the Proforma Invoice No. in all correspondence (email, order form, transfer order, etc.) until the completion of his purchase.
BATPRO reserves the right to refuse the order for any abnormal request or for any legitimate reason.
All informations (descriptions, dimensions, weight, visuals, etc.) given in catalogues, prospectuses, advertisements, price lists and other commercial documents or on our website are given for information only and cannot be binding on us.
Our offers have a validity of maximum 15 days, after this period the offer will have to be updated in case of order intention. The announced quantities correspond to the availability of the day and are likely to change according to the date of your purchase (sale between time).
Payment is immediately due upon ordering. The customer can make the payment by cash, check, credit card, bank transfer, mobile money. For customers with a term account, the types of payment can be after due date, by check, by draft or by transfer.
In case of order with payment by bank transfer, (remote purchase, provinces) we ask you to confirm the availability of your purchase before payment with our sales department, for reservation of your purchase, in order to avoid the sale in the meantime. For payments by check or bank transfer, the removal of the goods can only be done once the transfer or the check(s) have been totally placed (we thank you for your understanding). The goods remain the exclusive property of BATPRO until full payment.
Invoiced goods must be collected within a maximum period of 7 days from the invoice date. After this period, the customer is deemed to have abandoned them in favor of BATPRO and can no longer claim them or request a refund.
Delivery for Antananarivo city is free.
Delivery time: within 48 hours maximum
Delivery requests must be notified when ordering, with delivery of a detailed access plan if necessary as well as the contact of the person receiving the goods at the address indicated.
At the end of the unloading, the customer acknowledges good receipt and conformity of the goods on the invoice and delivery note to be given to BATPRO. Delivery is deemed to be effective and compliant upon delivery of the goods to the place indicated by the customer.
Regarding deliveries to other localities or provinces, it is possible to drop off at the request and at the expense of the customer with the carrier of his choice in Antananarivo. Additional transport costs will be borne by the Customer. Once the goods have been taken over by the carrier, the latter assumes full responsibility. BATPRO can in no way be searched for, nor worried in the event of any shortages or breakages.
Our deliveries are made under the following accessibility conditions: motorable road allowing the passage and maneuvering and parking of a vehicle with a payload of 5 to 10 tonnes of dimensions: 7ml long x 2.5ml wide x 3.5ml from above.
In exceptional cases and only validated by the General Management. This will be subject to a conformity check before approval of the return, on presentation of the original invoice. For any return of goods, transport is the responsibility of the customer.
Our prices have been calculated according to customs and tax legislation as well as the exchange rate, and are subject to change without notice in the case of a change of one of these factors.
