Within the company “BATPRO SA”, respect for privacy is a major issue, for which data protection is one of our priorities. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (“RGPD” or “GDPR” in English) and the regulatory and legal provisions in force on Malagasy territory, this policy aims to specify when, why, for how long and how our company, governs this regulation on the following points:
